GOOGLE USER DATA
The Site supports Google account sign in through its OAuth integration, in the UI, it is Google sign-in popup window. When you sign in using your Google account, the Site will get your personal information to initialize your profile in the Site. The information includes your email, name and account picture if available.If you choose to connect your Google Spreadsheet through your Google account, you will be asked to grant spreadsheet readonly permission to the Site. A new sign-in will be required to obtain an access token that the site can read your spreadsheet data on behalf of you. You can revoke the access through your profile on the site.All of your Google account information mentioned above will be stored under your account profile in Google Firebase. They are not accessible to anyone else except the system itself, they are not shared with any third parties. All stored user personal data will be completely removed upon your account deactivation request.Fina's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

A user's account information is stored in a secure database for user sign in Fina. Some of a user activities on Fina are stored in logs for issue diagnostic purpose, these data are permanently deleted after 90 days.

All Personal Information collected will be held in a secure storage for maximum 90 days.
