What if my account has lost connection?
We will put a ‘⚠️’ ALERT icon next to your account if it has lost connection. You must click reconnect and follow the login flow to ensure your account is back to pulling data. Some Banks and Financial Institutions have different rules that force users to re-login to authenticate they still want this connection every so often.
This varies by the institution and there’s nothing much else we can do on our end to control this right now other than alert you to reconnect. We hope to improve upon this as we continue to build!
