How to Use This Template:

1. Import this template into your Fina account.

2. Monitor Subscription Spend:

   • Use the "T12 Subscription Spend" section to view the total spend per merchant over the last 12 months.

   • The "Trailing 12 Month Subscription Spend" chart visually displays your month-by-month spending.

   • Keep track of your subscription costs in real-time with the "Subscription Spend (YTD)" and "Subscription Spend (MTD)" blocks.

3. Manage Your Categories:

   • The "Expense by Category with Budget" block categorizes your spending, allowing you to track other related expenses like home, utilities, entertainment, and more.

4. Adjust Categories:

   • If needed, update or modify subscription categories by hovering over each block, clicking "Edit," and changing the category filters to better match your unique expenses.
